I am Locky

I was involved in the development side of creating the squizz video game.

It took alot of work but I am happy with what it turned out as.

Basically the idea of it is there are brutal octopus ninjas that are trying to commit genocide on the baby squid race, and you, as squizz are the last remaining baby squid in the region.

The idea is that you will stay alive as long as possible, while the ninjapus's try to kill you.

You can pick up extra points by eating fish that are floating by, and collect health from special health fish

Up to now

Over the last few weeks i have made several different fish animations and a few different styles but we ended up going with the a lot more simplistic ninja style

Above is the first style of ninja i went with but we ended up going to far out of theme with its and completely scarping it for something more cartoonish

The artistic Style now

Due to time limits we have now cut down the work to have just squizzy defending himself from the falling weapons of the ninjas having squizzy dodge the shruiken for as long as possible and have a counter to see the longer you survive the better off your score will be

There is currently a background layer for the bottom of the ocean and one for just the normal ocean








And a Shruiken that will be falling to be dodged
